Hotel Pizzo degli Uccelli is situated in a panoramic position on the pass between the Vanoi valley and the Tesino plateau, at 1616 meters, exactly at the Passo Brocon.
The current road was opened under Austrian rule in 1908 and still today is a popular destination for our German neighbors. It fits harmoniously in a beautiful natural environment between woods and enchanting plagas.
The structure of the Hotel has recently been renovated and furnished in a typical mountain rustic style. The family management guarantees a warm welcome and attention to detail!

The hotel restaurant, also open to those who do not stay in the structure, offers excellent typical Trentino cuisine... appreciated by everyone even for large doses!
Particular attention is given to the raw materials used, always fresh and seasonal.
The Pizzo degli Uccelli is just a few minutes drive from the ski slopes and is therefore also perfect for ski lunches. In fact it is preferred by many skiers who like hot dishes... well cooked!
Also excellent for your dinners with friends or family. During the year, depending on the season, theme nights are proposed.

The family management makes sure that our guests are satisfied at best. The particularly well-prepared cuisine offers classic Italian dishes and typical Trentini dishes.
The menu also includes game dishes, preferring the moist but not disdaining the barbecues!
The desserts are cooked in a wood oven to make the taste more special and satisfy the most demanding palates.
The Hotel has a well-equipped rental, ski deposit with boot warmer, ski instructor.
Castello Tesino and the surroundings
Countless paths in a suggestive atmosphere will let you know the story between paved mule tracks of the First World War, trenches still well preserved, mountain huts equipped for summer pastures.
A botanical path of considerable naturalistic interest, "Sentiero dei Fiori", equipped with numerous signs, will bring you to the knowledge of the rich alpine flora of the area.
From the Passo del Brocon, located at 1650 meters above sea level on the eastern edge of the Tesino, an easy path begins, whose name is already an invitation and a prelude: Trodo dei Fiori ("trodo" in the local dialect means just path).
THE TRODO DEI FIORI
"A path in the paradise of alpine flora"
The Trodo dei Fiori is a sort of extraordinary botanical garden, in which nature has profusely lavished its most graceful and colorful gifts, the mountain flowers. For a fortuitous combination of factors of the environment the wealth of plants here is truly extraordinary; so in the summer, dozens and dozens of species can easily be seen on a walk of a few hours, which on other mountains would require days of research.
Starting from the Passo del Brocon the trail initially follows an old mule track of the First World War, climbing the sunny slope with ample bends, covered with meadows and pastures.
Among the green grass, the vivid "eyes of the Earth" open up joyously, cheering the easy path.
At the top the path is made slowly following a rocky ridge crossed by a war trench; flowers of all kinds, even very rare, grow everywhere, especially in the cracks of the rock, which come alive with life.
The return along the old mule-track so as to observe again, close to each other, the flowers of the rocks and those of the meadows. The eyes are filled with colors and the heart is full of emotion: a day that can not be forgotten!
LAGORAI CABLEWAYS
At about 2 km from the hotel there is the ski resort of the Lagorai cableways, a ski resort that offers beautiful skiing and tranquility, suitable for those who want to spend a day of fun with friends or relatives.
The station offers the possibility of attending ski lessons or ski courses for adults and children with the Lagorai Ski School... so what are you waiting for?
